Our engineers have now attended site and successfully restored power to the user pedestal. The bridge is now back in operation and the stoppage has been lifted. Thank you for your patience and understanding while the fault was being resolved.

Our contractors have provided a further update and confirmed that an engineer should be on site within the next 1 hour 30 minutes. The engineer will attend to investigate the fault, carry out the necessary repair and restore power to the pedestal. We will provide a further update once the repair has been completed. We apologise for the continued inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Please be advised that the user pedestal is currently out of service due to an electrical failure. Our contractors have been made aware of the issue and have been asked to attend and carry out the necessary repairs. Unfortunately, we do not currently have a confirmed timeframe for when the repair will be completed. We will provide a further update once more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your patience and understanding.
