The repair has been carried out and the area is just being refilled and will be open again by IIam.

Unfortunately the bottom paddles which fill and empty the lock has come away from the wall. This will require the pound and chamber to be dewatered to allow the team to carry out the works. Further updates will be available on the 20th July 2026
