Due to other priority works our reactive team where delayed carrying out the repairs to Lock 60 on the Leeds & Liverpool Canal. The reactive team are currently now on site repairing the damaged tail gate cill. As a result navigation remains closed between Lock 59 and Lock 64 until Wednesday, 27 May. We really appreciate your patience and understanding while these essential repairs are completed. A further update will be provided on or before Wednesday, 27 May.

Navigation will be closed from Monday, 11 May 8am until Wednesday, 20 May 4pm, due to a damaged tail gate cill between Lock 59 and Lock 64 on Leeds & Liverpool Canal. This damage is preventing the lock from sealing, resulting in the lock being filled and operated safely. A further update will be provided on or before Wednesday, 20 May.
