Water levels at Derwent Mouth Lock remain low and so the lock is still closed. Water is being sent down from Wychnor, however this will take time. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully. Once levels have recovered, we will update this notice.

Due to low water levels boaters are asked not to enter or leave this section of the Trent & Mersey Canal at Derwent Mouth Lock whilst levels recover. We will review the notice tomorrow afternoon when levels are back to normal.
