Keadby Rail Drawbridge is still closed and the high temperatures are affecting the operating mechanisms. The bridge can operate once the temperature has dropped below 26 degrees and has stayed below for 12 hours. We will wait for an update from Network Rail once this condition has been reached and the bridge is safe to operate we will then update the notice to advise boaters.

Further to the earlier notice, Keadby Rail Drawbridge, Bridge 83 is closed to boaters due to mechanical failure. Network Rail engineers are to attend on Saturday evening (10/05/2025) to make the repairs. This notice will be updated once we have an update from Network Rail.
