Brighouse Bottom Lock (Lock 12) is currently closed after one of the lock gates came free from its bearings. Unfortunately, the lock will remain out of action until we can carry out the necessary repair, which we expect to take place early next week. We'll provide an update as soon as the repair has been completed and the lock is back in operation. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
