We're pleased to let you know that from today (Tuesday 18th November) Marston Doles will be open to navigation. We will continue to monitor the situation. Despite the measures we're taking, there may be extreme local circumstances that require us to take immediate action to temporarily close some stretches to navigation.

Please be advised that Marston Doles Locks 15 & 16 will be closed from Friday 7th November until further notice. From this date onward, the locks will only be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays each week to help us conserve water and maintain safe navigation conditions. * Operating days: Wednesday & Thursday only * Operating hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm * Last boat entry: 2:00pm The locks will remain closed on all other days until further notice. We are regularly reviewing water levels, and as soon as conditions improve, we will look to restore normal navigation or provide additional passage opportunities where possible. We thank all boaters for their patience and cooperation in helping us to reduce water use across our network.
