We have been informed by the Third party that after reviewing their method of work, phase 4 of 4, removal of the temporary bridge, will now take place on the 19 September between 6:00 and 21:00. The navigation and towpath will be closed between these times.

We have been informed by the Third party that after reviewing their method of work, they need to complete phases 3 and 4 of these works as daytime closures rather than nighttime closures. The dates for this closure will remain the same, 4 and 5 August 2025.

Phase 4 of 4 - Removal of the temporary bridge. Following on from Phase 3, contractors would now like to remove the temporary bridge as the final part of the works. These works will require an overnight closure from 17:00 on the 04 August 2025 until 8:30am on the 05 August 2025. Please note the towpath will be closed between these times.
